Hogwarts Tournament of Houses

On November 28th was released the first episode of Hogwarts Tournament of Houses. Of course we take a look, and don’t worry, you find any “big” spoilers here, but if you just want the surprise watch the show before reading our review!

Let’s start with saying that the show is available on Sky and Now platforms, and yes the episodes are recorded so don’t worry! You won’t miss a thing.

The structure of the show is amazing, everything is about Harry Potter, from the questions to the game itself, not to talk about the theater.

Each episode sees two Houses fighting one another, and the show starts with the choosing of the contestants, and it is done in a very “Potterheadly” way, which I personally find amazing and a very genial thought.

The other amazing thing about the game is that your house plays along with the contestants, and it’s so cool because this really makes it the “House Tournament”.

The Teams

Team Gryffindor

I’m a Gryffindor myself so of course I had big expectations on their team, instead I sadly found them quite unprepared. I wished they all put more attention into that “we’re the competitive ones” feeling instead on the “we’re the sassy one”, I hope we’ll get better in the next competition. They didn’t use our gut-feeling, I don’t know something went wrong.

Team Slytherin

I found this team very special, and even if I’m not that fond of Slytherins (for obvious reasons), they played really well. Cunning and determinate as you expect from a Slytherin, they had a great harmony and put on an amazing strategy in my opinion. But Ryan, honestly… Professor Umbridge?

Team Ravenclaw

When you think of a Ravenclaw you think about these three. Sharp, wise and resolute. They didn’t loose the concentration for the entire game, unfortunately they slipped on the lines game, very unlucky! Anyway they gave all they had, and that would make Rowena proud of you guys!

Team Hufflepuff

Not for sure the best team in harmony, everyone was quite on a different wave. But for sure the team that had the harder work done! They patiently waited their occasion, and BOOM! Hit the target. They fought their way more than valiantly through the game.

The House Cup

One of the most amazing thing about the game is that your team, actually win the house cup! Along with other big surprises mind blowing for a Potterhead, this is insane.
