Another huge plot twist of Fantastic Beasts – Crimes of Grindelwald was this one: the Minister of Magic and fellows apparating inside Hogwarts.
Everyone who has read “Hogwarts A History”,knows that you CANNOT apparate inside Hogwarts grounds, because the castle has an anti-apparition jinx casted upon it. So this scene soared many disputes along Potterheads, who immediately noticed the “mistake”.

The explanations even for this scene could many, of course there could have been a mistake, but as I said before I believe J.K. is almost too careful about this details, so I think we need to dig further.
First the easier explanation could be that the bridge on which they are apparating, is not part of Hogwart’s ground.

Second: we know that they wouldn’t be the first who can apparate inside Hogwart’s ground, in fact Albus Dumbledore in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, leaving the castle with Harry in their search for Horcruxes, will apparate inside Hogwarts castle, explaining Harry that “being him”, the head master, had some privileges.

So, the first possibility is that maybe the Minister of Magic has a personal permission to apparate inside Hogwart’s Grounds, while the second possibility is that, as well known the jinx can be temporary lifted in some parts of the castle by the head-master. As happens in the Great Hall during the Apparition Lessons. It’s seems to be clear that Dumbedore is waiting for them at the other end of the bridge, so maybe they were WAITED, and the Head-Master lifted the charm for them, so they could apparate.
Once again we only need to wait in order to understand more, I’m pretty sure that with time, J.K. will release every detail we need to know, if she didn’t tell us anything about it, is because there’s nothing more we need to know. Have faith!
